◇ A single panel with no significant color difference under indoor lighting
◇ The silicon wafers are arranged neatly
◇ Silicon wafer edge collapse and missing angle: L ≤ 3.5mm W ≤ 3.5mm N ≤ 8
◇ Surface stains on silicon wafers: ⊙ ≤ 4mm N ≤ 8
◇ Scratches: L ≤ 10mm
◇ No obvious highlights: W ≤ 1.5mm N ≤ 6
◇ The gap between the battery cells is dirty, and the spot area is ⊙ ≤ 0.8mm N ≤ 8
◇ Tin slag, bubbles, and impurities inside the adhesive: ⊙ ≤ 2.5mm N ≤ 6
◇ Laser cutting technology, with a tolerance range of ± 0.25mm for length and width dimensions
Inspection conditions: During the appearance inspection, the product should be held parallel to the line of sight, with a visual distance of 30 centimeters, a tilt of 45 degrees, and a left and right deviation of 15 degrees. If no obvious defects can be found within 3 seconds, it is considered qualified. The specific standards shall be based on the physical signed sample. If there is any dispute over the above standards, the limit sample temporarily confirmed by both parties shall prevail.
Maintenance:
◇ The solar panel is mainly for emergency charging purpose,we do not suggest a long time outdoor exposure as it may shorten the lifespan of this product.
◇ Not bendable,please handle the solar panel with care,and avoid hitting it with sharp objects or knocking heavily on it.
◇ If your solar panel must be adhere to other surface,you need to avoid the damp or irregular surface as they might bring a bit distortion after long time sunlight exposure.(we can rescue it after a second long time exposure.)
◇ It is normal that solar panels got hotter during working hours and please store them with the box after they become cool down.
◇ Dirt and dust can accumulate on the surface over time,this can cause a general decrease of power output,we recommends periodic cleaning for panel with a mild,non-abrasive cleaning agent.
